Condizioni di cancellazione:
Non è previsto un diritto di recesso ai sensi del Codice del Consumo – nonostante ciò, Le accordiamo le seguenti condizioni di recesso:
• In caso di disdetta fino a 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo, sarà trattenuta solo la caparra confirmatoria.
• Disdetta da 29 a 8 giorni prima della data di arrivo: 50% del prezzo totale convenuto al netto della caparra confirmatoria.
• Disdetta da 7 giorni prima della data di arrivo o in caso di mancato arrivo: 100% del prezzo totale convenuto al netto della caparra confirmatoria.
• In caso di partenza anticipata o arrivo ritardato: 100% del prezzo giornaliero convenuto per ogni giorno non usufruito.

Queste condizioni sono valide indipendentemente dal fatto che le camere annullate siano di nuovo completamente o solo parzialmente affittate. Consigliamo pertanto di stipulare l’assicurazione viaggi.
Non riuscire a fruire di un soggiorno prenotato è già abbastanza grave di per sè.

Cancellation policy:

During your stay we please you to follow our house rules for dogs and other animals:

Do not leave your pet alone in the room (except during breakfast and dinner)

Your dog must be kept on a leash

Your pet must be quiet and not disturb the other guests and the staff

It is not allowed to use towels, bed linen and the duvet for your pets

It is not allowed to leave your pet on the bed, on the sofa or on the chairs

It is not allowed to wash your pet in the bathtub, shower or sink
CLOTHING:
Appropriate clothing is recommended in the dining room and bar.
MEALS:
Breakfast: from 7.30 AM to 10 AM
Dinner: from 6.30 PM to 8 PM
Meals and services included but not used are not refunded.
NEW YEAR SURCHARGE:
€ 50,00 per person (drinks not included)
SETTING THE ACCOUNT AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
In order to avoid long queues and prolonged waiting times, we advise you to pay the bill the evening before departure.
It is also possible to do this on the day of departure, starting from 8 am. In the case of special needs (tax invoice, separate accounts, etc.) please notify the Reception the day before departure.
We accept payments in cash, debit cards and Euro / MasterCard. We do not accept checks.
